The Recycler is a Building found on the Sub level. It is used to convert Litter and other garbage (Corpses, spoiled goods, Turdite, anything that can be held in the Pattern buffer) back into Energy. It employs four Groulien Salt Hogs.

Scuzzers can deliver litter to it for recycling as well as the Supervisor. Objects placed in the recycler from the pattern buffer are irretrievable. Litter Bins are periodically emptied by Scuzzers and the litter placed in the recycler.

For every recycled piece of Litter/junk you receive 10. Researching litter and junk can increase this amount.

Criminal Salt Hogs will pocket the energy of what they recycle.

Item Description

The eco-friendly way of dealing with junk and rubbish is to recycle it in one of these appliances. Up to four Groulien Salt-Hogs are required to operate a Recycler, and anything placed into it will be turned into energy.
